How to increase brand loyalty and win over new consumers in a competitive marketplace for high-end liquor.


The Luxxe Loyalty Program was created to appeal to three tiers of consumers throughout various markets in China. The goal was to make consumers of Chivas, Martell and Ballantine’s feel as though they belong to an exclusive club where they can meet other like- minded individuals and make business and personal connections. The program needed an elegant, eye-catching logo, a point system and an alluring assortment of benefits and prizes.
